The Baker & Nosh Culinary Center

Baker & Nosh hosts some of Chicago’s finest baking classes. Classes can host up to twelve students per session and are held week nights from 6:00PM to 9:00PM. Each student receives a packet of information containing recipes, techniques and a syllabus. At Baker & Nosh, cooking classes are personal and allow each individual to prepare a full meal on their own with the assistance of head baker, Bill Mulholland. Class options include:

  • Bread Basics: Held the first, second, and third weeks of the month
  • Croissant Classes: Held the fourth week of the month.

Each student will receive a packet of information containing recipes, techniques and a syllabus. Students will also receive a 10% discount on retail items redeemable during and right after the class session. Baked goods, cheeses and charcuterie are excluded from the discount.
